We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used coffee grinders or brewers cannot be returned unless they are defective.
Do Timemore products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Timemore hardware, including our manual and electric grinders, comes with a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects and mechanical failures.
How do I clean and maintain my manual coffee grinder?
We recommend using the included brush to remove coffee grounds after each use. Do not use water to clean the internal burrs; instead, use a dedicated grinder cleaning product or a dry cloth to prevent rust.
